Half of the animals, are being abused by humans because they are afraid of them. That is how most of these poor creatures are getting abused by their own pet owners. The durability of animals’ makes it very difficult for humans to escape in emergencies this is why all abused animals, need to be sent to the emergency room if they are being abused. The animal’s abusers are mostly committing crimes to hurt humans than hurting themselves. Because think about when committing these awful crimes, they do not realize that humans get affected by this too. That is why humans feel sad and remorse, for these poor animals. Active abuse also known as active cruelty is when abusive actions are done on the animal. This is the most disturbing type of abuse, in animal cruelty because of how physiological all of the abusers are. For example, when an abuser tries to hurt an animal they abuse them so hard until the animal can’t breathe. That is just a sad and cruel way; to deal with an animal because of how the has something going on in their head. According to CFAWR’s website, The American Psychiatric Association considers that animal cruelty as one of the most diagnostic criteria to conduct the order. The reason why it is saying this is because of how diagnostic criteria are defined. According to Free Dictionary, Diagnostic criteria is known of being the act or process of identifying or determining the nature and cause of the disease or injury through evaluation of patient history, review, or examination of the laboratory data. There is also a lot of clinical evidence that the active abuse of animal cruelty is at its earlier stage of the conduct disorder. According to The Human Society Website, animal neglect is when an animal’s owner or caretaker fails to provide care for the animals such as food, shelter, and water. The situation is bad, because it is unhealthy for the animals. For example, the cause of neglect can dangerously lead to death and compromised health because of how the dangerous effects that neglect can lead to. Neglect can also lead to pain of the animals with illnesses and wounds. If the animal is a victim of abuse, it will have to suffer for a long period of time. Animals that usually do not have food feed to them, usually starve to death and experience a lot more pain than they should. This is due to their caretaker, not even caring to feed them. The animals without shelter, will suffer out in the outside with no food or water. This is all due to the person who is not protecting them, not having them come inside their own house at any time. If the animal has no shelter, then they would wander off in the outside world as a stray. Everyone should realize that they are laws against animal neglect it is considered illegal.
