Animal cruelty is a big deal to people all across the world. The meaning of animal cruelty is inflicting pain and causing suffering to any type of animal. Animal cruelty is growing worldwide in today’s society, and the most common identified cruelty’s is scientific research, abandonment, and mistreatment. There are animals all throughout beaten and starved by their heartless owners. These people shouldn’t be allowed to even have a kid let alone a pet. Pets are a big deal to some people< pets are people's friends, companions, pals. Most pets when they are younger end up doing something as simple as peeing inside and they don’t understand so then the owner will kick, punch, or worse to the poor animal and from that point on it is terrified to even go around people and be itself. People are always asking what is considered or classified as animal abuse? Well when animals are starved, beaten, left for dead, or being held part of a scientific experiment against their will. Animals behave differently as in some animals are made for working purposes like horses, cows, pigs, etc.. Then you have pets such as dogs, cats, hamsters. Also exotic animals which are apart of being hunted by poachers as in elephants, lions, cheetahs. These people don't realize how much they hurt the world with all they are …show more content…
Many companies use animals to see how they will react to their product. There are many companies out there that do not use animals for testing their products though and they have great products that people like you and me love and buy everyday. I personally disagree with animal testing just because of the thought that what if it was your pet getting some kind of nasty chemical put in them and it kills them.
