Animal Control Observation

On 11/15/17, at approximately 8:48am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to the area of Morse Rd and Karl Rd on a dog at large, patrol only. I arrived in the area at approximately 8:55am and proceeded to drive around. FCACC Dispatcher B. Grotsky advised me that a passerby is watching the dog ( Labrador (black)) near 4442 Kimmel Rd. I drove to that location where I was flagged down by a unknown Caucasian female who has been following the Labrador. I exited my vehicle and approached the Labrador. I took a picture of the Labrador loose. I utilize my snare pole and gain control over the Labrador I placed the Labrador in my vehicle. The Labrador had a current vaccinations tag on
