Animal Captivity Research Paper

I believe, like many others, that keeping animals in captivity isn’t right. Keeping them in cages will make them feel lonely, because no matter what, you can’t copy their environment, and their family won’t be there. Some feel that it would be educational for us, and safer for them. However, research shows that animals are prepared for what’s out there for them, and it also shows the best way for us to learn is by watching them in their natural habitat. I believe that animals should be free for three reasons. They are used for food, fattened, then killed, they are separated from their family, and lastly that keeping them in captivity for entertainment. The first matter is that even if they aren’t humans, they can still feel sad, happy, angry. We don’t eat dogs because we care for them, but if we don’t eat dogs why should we eat chicken, pigs, or cows. Another thing is that animals can’t live without hunting, but humans can live with a just plant diet. If we don’t have to kill animals for food that we could have, with plants, we’re not living in the old ages. The last matter is that we are taking these animals as babies or babies from animals, and these are smart and sensitive animals, and we are slaughtering them for food. That is not right, it’s like taking humans away from their babies. Imagine something taking your little baby, not keeping them nicely, and in a acceptable home, then later killing your baby for food. Some may say that’s brutal and anybody that would so that is a monster, but it’s really humans’ who do that. If we don’t like that then wouldn’t animals have enough or more than love to feel the same way? Some may say that they give you the nutrients and make you healthier, but I understand that we shouldn’t use animals for our own
