This is something that thousands have begun to partake in, with more and more joining along every day as they find out the horrors and cruelties of animal farming. Due to the graphic nature of animal agriculture, I will only briefly describe what happens in the dairy and egg industry. In the egg industry, hens lay approximately more than 300 eggs a year. This is a significant amount of eggs, compared to the very few 10 to 15 that a wild hen would naturally lay. This significant amount of stress causes many deficiencies, along with tight cages leading to broken bones. When an egg is hatched, the male and female chicks are sorted into two groups. The female chicks will then be forced to endure the same fate as their mothers, with the male chicks being macerated alive by the billions. In the dairy industry, dairy cows are forcefully impregnated shortly after birth. This means that they are usually around 2 years old when they give birth, from there on they are impregnated every 2 to 3 months after birth. When they do give birth, the calves are taken away within 24 to 48 hours a birth. This causes a tremendous amount of stress to the mother and they will bellow out in distress and search for their missing young for weeks at a time. If the calf is a female, she will endure the same fate as her mother and be forcefully impregnated until the day she is sent to the slaughterhouse. If the calf is a male, he will either be sent off to the slaughterhouse shortly after separation or will be raised for a short amount of time and then murdered. With the knowledge of this becoming accessible to millions across the world, many, including myself, have begun to stand against the animal farming industries. Thousands have united to perform vigils, protests, and other such. There have been many animal rights organizations created in hopes to abolish this cruel industry. Some include PETA, ALF, DxE, The
