Dear President Trump, I think we need to change the law on animal abuse. We should not get 3 strikes, but instead we should get one strike. I think people should go to jail when they first hit the animals, so they won't hurt them anymore. About 70.1% of animal abuse in the world involves dogs. And about 20.9% involves cats. We have to put a stop to this. Animal testing is a cruel and inhuman practice “that kills or seriously injures many types of species. Animal testing results in helpless creatures being burned, crippled, poisoned or even sometimes killed. 66,000 dogs and 21,000 cats are subjected to testing every year.” Animal testing is animal abuse.
