Angel Schneider (AKA Miller) was born on May 21, 1981 in St. Louis, Missouri to Robert Miller and Ruby Spruell. Robert and Ruby have passed away. Robert and Ruby were a married in 1976 and both had previous marriages. Angel 's mother had three other children from her first marriage: Roger, Cassandra, and April. Roger Byers was born 4/28/69. Roger is developmentally disabled and Angel helps him with managing his finances and personal affairs. Angel sees him once a week to take him shopping and they talk on the phone daily. Roger is independent enough to live on his own and care for himself, but Angel helps him when it is needed. Cassandra Korte was born on 2/15/73. This is her first marriage. Angel met and became friends with Ryan on EHarmony in 2007. They dated for a year and got married on 10-17-2008 in Jerseyville, IL. Angel and Ryan are committed to being there for each other and supporting one another. Angel stated that getting married was the best thing that happened to her, because she finally felt loved and complete. They describe their marriage as health and normal. They have been eight years. Ryan and Angel are unable to have children of their own and decided to adopt to achive their parenting goal. They were diagnosed with infertility issues in 2010. Ryan was diagnosed with low sperm count/motility and Angel was diagnosed with genetic abnormality that prevents her from carrying a child full term. They decided to become foster parents and adopted a child in 2012. They both feel that they are stable in their relationship and careers to adopt more children. They are willing to make the necessary adjustments for any potential placement. Angel and Ryan have adopted two children, Alexis, dob 9/6/04, and Samuel Schneider, dob 2/12/14. They adopted Alexis when she was seven years old. Samuel they have had since brith and adopted him at seven months old. Alexis is in home schooled. She has been diagnosed with ADHD and takes medication to manage her diagnoses. She is described as energectic and nice. Alexis is very outgoing. She never meets a stranger. She is good and kind hearted. She does like to be the leader and sometimes that clashes with other strong minded personalities. Samuel has been an overall healthy child, with minor health issues. Due to Samuel 's age, he is not old enough to attend an academic school setting. Samuel is discribed as happy, energetic and inquisitive. Angel states she is very close to all of her children.
