On August 6, 1928 a little baby boy named Andy Warhol who was soon to be a famous American artist. His birthplace was in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. When Andy Warhol was in the third grade he had a disease called Sydenham's disease. During the time of his sickness he was stuck in bed but while he was in bed he would usually listened to the radio or usually collected pictures of famous people back then. Andy Warhol graduated from Schenley High School in 1945. After high school he wanted to become an art teacher so he went to art school. During the 1950`s he gained fame for some of his ink drawings for a couple of shoes advertisements.
