If the leaders achieve his goal he is successful but the effective leader success is if he achieve his goal with minimum input and maximum output. There are various points to be remembering for effective leader, some key qualities that each great leader ought to have, and figure out how to accentuate, for example, honesty, ability to delegate, and Communication. Each leader has their own unique goals and success, for example Steve Waugh, “His foundation goal is to give life changing support and champion the stories of those living with rare diseases". If he will achieve this goal then he is successful leader.
