A man has been fined heavily after not being able to take proper notice of a bus lane sign as he was driving his terminally-ill wife to an adjacent hospital. However; the person has accused the council of “underhand behavior”. It was two days ago that Andrew Peryer was sent a photograph and this happened after the death of his wife Wendy aged 53 years. In the photo, it was clearly shown that the couple was in the lane outside Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth.
