A man has been fined heavily after not being able to take proper notice of a bus lane sign as he was driving his terminally-ill wife to an adjacent hospital. However; the person has accused the council of “underhand behavior”. It was two days ago that Andrew Peryer was sent a photograph and this happened after the death of his wife Wendy aged 53 years.
