Jackson started to describe the street where the studio was located, after that he located the drugstore and described what is inside. In addition, he seems like he was trying to convince himself that getting the breakfast to his coworkers was a part of his job as a messenger.

I like when he described himself witnessing a racist fight, what a horrible thing to happen. As well, I sensed how discriminated he felt when he was waiting on the line to get his orders. At last, there is one thing that he seems happy to do which is the film pickup.
Now I know what changed the Jackson’s life at the drugstore after I thought that he was beaten or injured while taking his orders. A book has changed the way he looked to life, a short meaningful poem made him drawn in his thoughts. This book made his excited to get up and visit the drugstore a thing I really liked that he is no longer afraid I guess to go there. I wonder why is the behavior of the waitresses were changed?
Now I see the bigger picture reading can change and saves anyone from feeling annoyed or harassed by other people’s behavior. I thought it is weird how he was thinking about books along with literature and he was at war, but maybe he did that to forget the situation he got himself in-to.
Finally, Jackson found his purpose in life if he has not waited in line he would never knew or discover his passion, which gave him a brighter
