Andrew Jackson was born on March 15, 1767, in South Carolina. The child of Andrew and Elizabeth Jackson, and he was the youngest of three. He was America’s 7th president but accomplished much more than that in his lifetime. Jackson was a fiery passionate fighter determined to take life by the reins and succeed. He had a tough but great life. Jackson was an orphan in his early childhood ages and then became a general. In the year of 1829 Jackson was elected president and later on became a legend leaving his mark on the country.
