Andrew Carnegie was a very creative person because he came up with and idea to start and oil mill. The company started to grow rapidly. According to (document 5), Andrew started mills in Pennsylvania and Michigan that became very successful, and he was producing over 90% of the nation's oil. That is a crazy percentage of people. He was creative enough to come up with an idea with little competition and work his company to the top. The demand for oil was high and his company was profiting from it greatly.
