Andre Jones is someone that I’ve helped on a continue basis, with his recruiting processes, professionalism, and his overall time management. Since the onset of his employment here at Aerotek I have assisted him on a professional level, giving him advice around our implicit office culture. For example I give him advice around some of the less obvious office intricies such as being clean shaven every day and being attentive at red zone, even when the discussion is less relevant to him.

Most recently Ander has struggled with his recruiting numbers, and to help him improve this we sat down, for about a half hour, and created a generic schedule he can follow to help become more productive. This schedule, we created, is nothing more than a ‘block’

Ezekiel Elliott, a natural athlete born in an athletic family, but now could be considered the best running back in the NFL, leading the NFL in most yards per carry after contact. Thanks to his offensive line, Zeke is just pure talent on the football field, if you ask any running back, fullback, quarterback, or anybody behind the offensive line before a play, they would tell you that the play would not ever succeed without those lineman protecting them. Zeke admits that that statement is true, and you could put anybody behind the cowboys offensive line, and they will do good. But Zeke is a different story, his offensive line definitely did their job and made sure that they opened the hole that should be opened for them, but what happens after…

Lucas’ conduct despite prior knowledge and certainty of its effects on Wideman are sufficient to constitute her actions as reckless. This statement is supported in the controlling case, Jones v. Harris, 35 Md. App. 556, 371 A.2d 1104 (1977), in which the defendant’s actions are considered to be reckless disregard as the defendant wants to inflict emotional distress on the plaintiff, in addition to the fact that he knows that it is certain to cause the plaintiff emotional distress. In our case, Lucas has prior knowledge of Wideman’s anxiety caused by the Lucius Smith case, and she continues to post the tweet of a picture of his family and the GPS coordinates of his house. She has prior knowledge as she is a lawyer herself and therefore knows…

In 2009, Alonzo King was accused of pointing a shotgun at a group of people. One of the witnesses identified him and King was charged with first- and second-degree assault. Due to a law that was passed in Maryland in 2008, police are permitted to collect a sample of DNA from any person arrested for a crime of violence or burglary. Because a charge of first-degree assault is considered a crime of violence, officials were allowed to take King’s DNA. King entered an Alford plea, which is a guilty plea of a person who says they are innocent and that the prosecution has enough evidence to prove he is guilty without a doubt, to his charge of second-degree assault.…

In the given scenario the burden of proof and its parts were are all addressed in some way or another. The levels include a hunch, reasonable suspicion, probable cause, prima facie evidence, and proof beyond a reasonable doubt. For instance, the police had a hunch when they heard the description of the suspect. They were told that the robber was a white male, in his 20s and of the average body type. This could describe almost half of the male population, but somehow this gave the police the impression that the robber must have been Alex Davis due to his previous record of robbery and theft.…

According to Christopher Reeve a hero “is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles” I believe I have found someone who can live up to these standards, his name is Deshaun watson. He was a star quarterback at clemson universe and got draft this year in the first round, If things go as plan the will be the starting quarterback for the Houston Texas. Tanner, I enjoyed reading your post this week, and we both identified some major issues with evidence used against Wayne Williams. First, a major study was completed revealing the FBI used faulty hair evidence in 96 percent of cases before 1999 (Rowson, 2015). Furthermore, the examination of those scalp hairs was conducted underneath a microscope, which was not considered an exact science; therefore, to explain it in the most simplistic terms its consistency with Williams’s hair was merely the judgment of the examiner (Polk, 2010). To me the analysis of Williams’s hair appeared awfully subjective and possibly biased.…

In 2003, Andre Thomas viciously attacked and killed his ex-wife and her two children, and was sentenced to death row. His defense argued that he was not eligible for death row because of his mental state. The court ignored the argument and passed it off, saying that they were using his illness as an excuse to “get out of” maximum punishment. As demonstrated in this case, mental illness is not given the attention it deserves when determining a sentence. Cases such as these have aroused concern how fair the criminal court is towards the mentally ill.…

I was lucky enough to interview Brad Ciolek the scouting administrator for the Baltimore Orioles. Brad and I had our discussion on the phone over fall break, which lasted about 30-40 minutes. Mr.Ciolek told me that after playing high school baseball, he decided that he enjoyed baseball so much that he wanted to attempt to make a career out of it. While discussing his professional life with me, I found out that Brad attained this position through interning with the Orioles in 2011; briefly leaving the organization and returning in 2013 when a job opening presented itself. Mr. Ciolek is very important to the Orioles organization due to the fact that he is in charge of roughly 700 players scouting reports each year.…
