Andragogy in practice is a framework that systematically applies andragogy across the many domains of the practice of adult learning. There are three dimensions of this practice. They are goals and purposes for learning, individual and situation differences and andragogy as used in core adult learning principles. Goals and purposes for learning are shown as developmental outcomes. Its purpose is to serve to shape and mold the experience. I have the perspective of the learner. I feel I am self-directed and I move towards independence. I feel responsible for what I learn and how I learn it. I have found that I use this more than anything for my learning style. I never have liked traditional schools. I am easily distracted there. I
