At Anderson i have learned patience and practice are all you need to be successful. I learned the importance of practice from taking many band classes and learning instruments. If you expect to just be good at something, and expect it happen instantly, you have a very naive idea of how things work in the world. Coming to Anderson has taught me that these qualities can be applied to anything you try to do. You need to practice and understand you won’t get it at first, but you will if you keep trying. These traits will be helpful not only in school, but out in the real world too.
Many people have a perception that Anderson is a trash town and that the schools are just as bad as they perceive the town to be, but they wouldn’t be more wrong. Anderson
