Ancient Roman sports and activities
Ancient Roman society put a huge amount of emphasis for their physical fitness, roman citizens were not allowed to participate in theses games because it was strictly just for the wealthy, which changed after a short while. roman girls and women generally did not take part in several of the activities. many of these games were either played inside or outside, which involved several forms of handball to the wealthy having a dinner party involving poetry readings, most men and young boys wend fishing and or hunting Most of the games were held in campus martius.
