I. PHYSICAL ANCHOR

A. The aim of this anchor is to be physically fit. This means you are to end the year in better shape than you were at the start. You are the greatest creation God every made. You are to have dominion over the earth and be good stewards.
1. You are to take your vital statistics. You will have a weigh in, check for height, waist, neck size, shoe size, and other measurements. You will do this at the beginning of every month.
2. You will design and develop and exercise plan. If you are part of a sports team, you will record your exercise routine in your notebook on a weekly basis.
B. Your diet is very important. Your diet is what you eat on a daily basis. After you learn about natural, organic, and genetically modified food,

You will reduce the amount of sugar in your diet.
4. You will reduce your intake of sodas and sugary drinks.

II. ACADEMIC ANCHOR

A. The aim of the academic Anchor is to develop learning skills that will become a part of your learning in school and in life. You will learn how to discipline your mind, which develops character. You will exercise your mind through lessons and assignments given by your mentor. This will build in you fortitude and perseverance.
B. Refer to the Academic Pillar
1. You will have your mentor select lessons from the PFORCE academic
Pillar.
2. Do a minimum of five lessons from this Chapter
C. Scriptural Support
1. Read Proverbs 23:7; 1:7; 4:5, 8:10

III. THE SOCIAL ANCHOR

A. The aim of this anchor is train you to develop social skills that will enable you to succeed in all social settings. It will teach you how to develop self-control, self-discipline, self-respect and the respect of others. You will learn how to dress for success as well as how to adapt to different surroundings. How you relate to others is the key to living a productive, positive, and profitable
