Tia M. Sillers's song "I Hope You Dance" is a motivational work that inspires its listeners to live their lives to the fullest and to cherish every day. Throughout her song, she shows her love for life and strives to get across her point of how important it is to "never take a single day for granted" (Siller). The song lyrics grab hold of the listener's emotions from the beginning and continue to toy with them until the artist sings the very last word. The lyrics do not aim toward a particular group of people but instead relate to everyone and how he or she should view life.
