Analyzing The Last Four Stages Of Erikson's Human Development

The last four stages of Erikson’s human development consist of identity vs. role confusion, intimacy vs. isolation, generativity vs. stagnation, and ego integrity vs. despair.
Identity vs. Role Confusion This particular stage ranges in age from 12 to 18 years. Work ethic was defined with this age range. Sports were the focus during my high school years so my employment history was somewhat minimal beginning with babysitting to detasseling corn. These were both confidence and responsibility builders. Detasseling provided an early morning job and the ability to work outdoors in the heat. My later high school years consisted of cleaning motel rooms and working on a farm with my dad. Cleaning motel rooms was not a cushy job as the cleaning

While I realize not everyone will be willing to put forth the same effort, I do encourage them to establish tasks and try to complete them within that same day.
Intimacy vs. Isolation Ages range from 18 to 40 years. During these years is when I had my share of fun with friends, became engaged, tied the marriage knot, and had three children.
I am a people person. It would be a lonely world if I did not have my family or friends. Work is not a job as I have many friendships through the workplace. While an occasional day or two might consist of working alone, I prefer working with other individuals.

Physiological
Physiological indicates that people acquire or need basic work ethics. Once these ethics have been defined, a person will determine how to use them. The decision is made of what is important as a person and as an employee. A person’s character can be defined in the physiological state. My work ethic was defined years ago by watching my parents’ work ethic. I could follow their lead or coast through jobs. I chose to make a difference by exercising a strong work ethic. Once established, some characteristics become second natural so a person does not realize the ethics being used.
Safety
Everyone has a need for feeling secure. Security comforts a person whether it is in the workplace or our life in general. The more secure a person feels, the more productivity can increase in the workplace. I have been in my office for over 20 years. I can decorate it according to my taste. Making my office feel homey will portray a more comfortable atmosphere for anyone who
