The Dog’s situation in Mexico is tragic. Most of them are in constant abandonment by their owners.
The people who wants to acquire a pet never think about the responsibility to have a dog or another animal with them because the idea of having an animal is not seen as a total responsibility, or at least not everyone sees it that way. Furthermore, the people doesn’t feel fear when they leave their dogs abandoned because actually the laws do not protect animals at all therefore, that is why it is more difficult for people to feel remorse, or feel the duty to give the dogs the life they deserve.
