Lady Macbeth had more power and authority in their own personal relationship. Lady Macbeth got him to kill the king by questioning and badmouthing his own manhood by saying “You’re not a man in my eyes” that is what provoked Macbeth to kill King Duncan. Lady Macbeth had more control over the marriage than what her husband had. Another difference that this married couple had in the story was how they both died. Macbeth was eventually beheaded by Macduff at the end of the story while his wife Lady Macbeth committed suicide.
