Analyzing Koro's Whale Song, Whale Rider

A new event in Chapter 16, “Whale Song, Whale Rider” can be added where Koro writes a letter to Kahu after Maori people, included Koro praise for her brave action.
I hope to show that Koro expresses his true love and apology to Kahu and their relationship is rebuilt with their full of true loves. Even though he showed bad attitudes to her, he truly loved her inside his mind.
In addition, I think it is important to show readers that Koro actually is very caring and loving Kahu, his great grandchild and there is a strong bond between them as
