Lesson Five: Essay Analyzing Group Process
Jessica, my bestfriend and small business owner, has been having a rough time getting her sunglasses to sell in the wintertime. Over Saturday night dinner, Jessica expressed her frustration about SoShadyFrames by saying “My line isn’t doing so well, I don’t think this is the right business for me” Although, I wanted to encourage her and tell her not to give up, I thought this dilemma was perfect for this assignment.
The next day I invited Jessica and some other friends to come over and discuss possible solutions to Jessica’s depletion in sales. As discussion began, I quietly stepped aside and took notes. After approximately 20 minutes of conversation, there was a clear solution to Jessica’s problem.
