Analyzing Edger Allen Poe's Annabel Lee

In the poem “Annabel Lee” by Edger Allen Poe, Edger is saying that everyone leaves in the end, no one stays. Edger wrote a poem about a boy who falls in love with girl, but the girl dies and the boy is heartbroken. He sleeps by her coffin at night, every night. The girl and boy loved each other since they were children. Edger felt lost when he wrote this poem. This poem is the last complete poem that Edger wrote before he died. “Annabel Lee” was not published when Poe was alive. It was published shortly after his death.

The poem “Seven Ages Of Man” by William Shakespeare is about a man’s life. Shakespeare wrote this in a play he wrote. One of the actors started to say the poem. Shakespeare’s play that he wrote this in is called “As You Like
