In his speech, Donald Trump says how he is self campaigning his campaign and asks if the crowd remembers Obama change and how it’s horrible. Trump says he change will be real and how we will have a border. Trump states that unless you have a border, you don’t have a country. Donald Trump is using the red herring fallacy because you don’t need a border to be a country. There are a lot of countries around the world that don’t have any borders to protect them. This argument seems effective because some people believe we need a border to protect us from the Mexican border and will believe whatever he says. This argument could be changed to make it valid by saying America may become better if we build a border and to list the reasons why.
