Cielo's Response The author Alice Park from " Teens are just as sedentary as 60 year old's" explains how over the years teenagers are becoming less active as 60 year old's. Fitness being important through your teen years is crucial when you start aging and aren't as healthy as you used to be. Exercising when you are young is beneficial because it boostes up your immune system and changes your sleep and mood through out your days.
