Kinesics is the study of body language, which includes; physical body movements, eye contact, facial expressions and gestures. I feel like I do a fairly good job having my body language depict how I am feeling, especially maintaining eye contact for a reasonable amount of time. I maintain eye contact for what I would considered appropriate for most people in the United States. Facial expressions also seem fairly natural to me. I don’t use gestures much, maybe I should work on that. Talking with my hands is not really my thing.
