In addition, there are two tips that one might use to relieve stress in their social life. An example in this situation would be a psychologist. They are professionals who evaluate and studies mental processes and behavior. Having a psychologist evaluate you for stress is just like taking away our freedom because they are speaking from their point of view and will most likely not listen to everything you have to say. Humor should be the way to go when dealing with stress because it is inexpensive as well as enjoyable. If you were to go to a psychologist, they would probably tell you less desirable ways to deal with stress but it would cost you more than one session to get the results you want.
