There is a decent amount of money being made off of college sports and it has led to some questions on whether or not student-athletes should be paid for their efforts. Yes college athletes should be paid because playing a sport is like having a full-time job. No because it's impossible to make the paying system fair.

It could give a lot more motivation to the athlete's because if they were paid, it would be harder to play and you would have to compete more for a spot. More and more student-athlete's would play a sport in college because it gives them an opportunity to play, get an education and not worry about how they are going to pay it all off.
