The Sing and Dance Scenario contains at least two examples of conflicts of interest and several instances of illegal sexual harassment. The first conflict of interest is how Jackie and her manager at Sing and Dance Records were romantically involved prior to and after signing a contract with the record company. Jackie should have disclosed her relationship to the company in the beginning as many companies require for this reason. The sexual advances made by Curtis toward Jackie after their relationship had ended are examples of illegal sexual harassment. Furthermore, it is not right for Curtis to use harassing behavior or past private experiences
