A charismatic leader is passionate, a great communicator, and confidant; often times this attitude can spur others into actions and raise individuals’ morale (Blanken, 2014, para. 13). Bill Clinton is an amazing communicator and is someone who can always get their point across in a positive way, even his old competition Bill Clinton says so. “He’s an awesome communicator. He can really lay out a case and get people all across the political spectrum to listen” (Gillman, 2014, para. 5). He is a charismatic leader because he can easily get others to listen to him. He has an ability to bring people together but sees himself as just a normal person who had the drive to become president. Clinton’s philanthropy is shown to influence other none profits to do better work because of his attitude towards what he is doing. His humanitarian work also helped him change his image after being forced out of office, and Clinton believes everyone should help solve social problems not just the government. The reason for his humanitarian efforts is that Clinton thinks government has a huge problem solving global issues.
