Analysis: Should Video Games Be Considered A Sport

Decent Essays
Should video games be considered a sport? Yes I think video games be considered a sport, I’d be the best at Need For Speed: Rivals. It lets people gain mental focus. Video games should consider being a sport, so it helps people gain mental focus and I’d beat almost everybody at Need For Speed. It’ll help a lot of people gain mental focuses so they can focus more on class/school. I think I’d be the same as I am in school everyday. The reason why there should be video games considered a sport is because people would be active in the sport unless they have good grades. There would be tournaments and brackets on who’s playing whom on different kinds of games and all kinds you may like. If we call video games a sport than I am ashamed to call

However, sports like horse riding qualify as a sport even though the horse is doing all the physical work in the competition. Just as chess, video games should also be classified as mind sport because the player rely more on their mental ability than physical.
