Answer: Although a lot of people may not agree with my opinion, I believe it is fair to pay teens less than Adults. Most every job requires some sort of experience, whether it’s being able to do simple math, or being able to con people into buying junk they don’t need. Teens fresh into the work force typically don’t have those skills.
