1. Based on this chapter, the author believes that married men only have 3 options in our society. The first option is to lie about any cheating and work on never getting caught. Since women have a strong intuition, they are able to spot when something amiss in a relationship. If your sticking to your “unspoken argument”, (Sex At Dawn 298) then those habits, it won’t help if lawyer ends up getting involved. Some males can make the mistake by not talking and avoiding the subject, which only worsen the problem. That’s why if your going to cheat you need to lie and not get caught. I really like that quote. Love can be an ideal thing. A lot of people may believe that they love someone, and those thought then leads to believing marriage shouldn’t be too difficult. However, marriage can causes questioning that love you once felt. It opens our eyes to reality and not the dream we envisioned with the person we love. There are some people who are just in love with the idea of being in love and not real love itself. Then may get in over their heads, but marriage can teach how to maintain love if it's really there. So even though love may start off as an idea or a dream, through the pain the comes with marriage and love we learn to turn it from an ideal into love that last.
4. Based on what I read, the French believe that an affair is just an offer.
