I beat myself down for even thinking about it. I never let it happen again. We all say we need to get away from technology and spend more time outdoors. We think technology is what causes us to have bad days and why we retain more stress. But the more I grew and got smarter, I wondered, “Is it the technology or how we choose to use it?”
Obviously, It’s the latter of the two answers. We can choose whether we use the information for the right reasons. It’s hard but it can be done. For one thing, what else can we do? Nothing. People are not going to stop putting horrible things out into the world. They’re always going to use marketing that will tempt you to click on their advertisements. It’s sickening but it’s the truth. So, no, it’s not inevitable. We just have to be careful.
So what’s going on here? Yeah, I’m telling you to try and be more ignorant. I know that sounds stupid but that’s the point. Let’s ignore what I just said and think about it logically.
