An artist by the name of Vincent van Gogh has produced more than 2,100 art works. He was a very talented artist that is known in this day and age. One of his first pieces was “The Potato Eaters”. Many more of his art included oil paintings, water colors, drawings, sketches and prints. He helped develop art in a completely new way at such a young age, which has helped his art become prominent. At the age 27 Van Gogh infiltrated Academie Royal des Beaux—Arts in Brussels, Belgium. He fell in love with a girl and proposed marriage to her, but he was rejected and was very depressed. He suffered seizures and temporal lobe epilepsy. Since he worked with lead paint, many predict that he nibbled at paint chips. Also a popular drink that was going around between artists was Thujone. This was a toxin, which “worked against his epilepsy”. Vincent then passes away on the 29th of July 1890 at the age of 37. He then is buried in the city of France Auvers—sur—Oise. In conclusion, Vincent van Gogh is an important artist that helped art thrives in a completely new way. He helped himself to improve in many ways and strive for what is best for him. He traveled to many cities and countries and built relationships with other artists too. Many of his art were discovered after he died. He went through a lot of conflicts throughout his life but still managed to continue his successful art career. Strongly suggest considering his art, because it might help you improve or grasp a new idea about art. In my opinion color is the main reason his art was attractive to the audience eyes. Only one piece of his art was sold while he was alive, but still did not give up. His art is all around the world in museums, which could help artists, get a view of how his art was created. While he was alive only a few of his paintings were sold, one of them is called “The Red Vineyard”. He helped develop art in a completely new way at such a young age, which has helped his art become prominent. Many artists look up to him and are influenced. Even though his art is old, artists still apply his ways to their art today. This helps them improve and create different ideas that could have an Impact on future art and artists. He has inspired me to add colors to my art and improve my artistic abilities. Vincent was very interesting but unusual man whom I think makes his art completely amazing.
