"To Dream By Night is To Escape Your Life. To Dream By Day is To Make It Happen”by Stephen Richards. When People keep chasing behind success and don't give up,They have higher success rate. Dreams can be our motivation but on the other hand society could pressure us.Success can be influenced by culture, and family background.According to Outlier ,by Malcolm Gladwell,those who are successful must have certain factors had made them successful such as opportunity ,wealth and born in right place, right time, they know the right people.

I felt so pleased to have a lot of multicultural experiences. Being an immigrant is not an easy situation. It asks you to be patient, strong and motivated. When I moved here, I felt like I was totally different than anyone else. Sometimes I wanted to give up when I saw I had to give up on everything I had just to adjust myself to learning a new environment. I didn’t give up. I had to accept it and look forward. Sometimes I had to stay after school for extra help in English and had to spend many more hours reading my textbooks than other students in order to complete my school work and maintain good
