Choosing some places to drink coffee could be pleasant worries for people. Fascinating smell of brewing coffee draws people to in sophisticated coffee shops. Sometimes it could be Tim Hortons or Starbucks. The brand of coffee shop became important factor as much as its taste for people to choose nowadays. This phenomenon shows that the coffee franchise business has been growing. Among them, the two majors, Tim Hortons and Starbucks, dominant the coffee franchise field with different prices and atmosphere that allow them to possess and maintain their own loyal customers. Although Tim Hortons and Starbucks approach their customers in a different ways, they have similar aspects for individual, community, and the world. Both of them maintain appropriate policies assisting our communities and global responsibilities.

Not only the both companies take comparable responsibilities for individual, community and the world but their practical policies allow employees to get job opportunity and stylish personality. Adding to it, their supporting to communities let not only domestic youth to reach their goals but also local people in overseas are able to stay stable lives with firm agriculture. Finally, the both Tim Hortons and Starbucks have been enforcing identical responsibilities for clean environment and fair trades. The company which has known about responsibility for society and practiced it would be remained among modern business field.
