The parents, George and Lydia are to blame for their own death because they allowed their kids to get too addicted to the technology. In the story, “The Veldt” by Ray Bradbury, the Hadley family lives in a futuristic smart house. In this house there is a virtual reality room called “The Nursery”, this is where the children, Peter and Wendy spend most of their time, and where their addiction to technology blossomed.Finally, the parents decided to limit the kids time in the nursery. The children got angry and Peter threatened his parents.
