In the outdoor survival knife market, the problem in the market is the unavailability of a quality outdoor survival knife that is both dependable and affordable. This problem affects the avid outdoorsmen ages 15-30 who enjoy spending their time experiencing all nature has to offer. This market is large for these outdoorsmen who want a survival knife that they can use and depend on while in the wilderness. These outdoorsmen satisfy their need by purchasing over-priced top-quality survival knives. They are buying them from the competition in the market, the competition is the big knife manufacturers such as SOG, Buck, and Cold Steel knives. These companies are all easily recognized brand names. Also, they mass produce their knives leaving extremely little room for individuality in the design of the blade.. To resolve this problem for the outdoorsmen who are affected I will be creating Affordable, custom-made, and high-quality survival knives. I will make my knives affordable so that I will be able to attract a wider range of customers. I will offer numerous designs that you can choose …show more content…
If I had a partner, It would be difficult getting any product created because I am set up in the workshop in my home. They have their own lives it would be difficult with getting them there. When I could just go to the workshop by myself when the moment and get right to work. Also if I did have a partnership, we would just continuously get in each other's way because I'm too headstrong. My personality more often than not leads me to believe that the only way of doing something is my way, this will often lead to arguments between my friends and I. But I will be just fine on my own because I have great time management skills, I always know when I need to start and when I am going to end.
