( This quote is told in one of the many videos left by Red Stevens.) During the video Red tells a story that he swore never to tell but felt fitting to tell since he would already be dead. A story about how early on in his life he was hospitalized and had a rare kidney disease that could not be cured. And how he wouldn’t live very long without a kidney transplant, which was unheard of at the time. Even so Red’s best friend, Theodore J. Hamilton found a donor, which in the end was himself. The meaning of Red’s story was to teach Jason what the true meaning of friendship
