Event Concept
The Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is a home grown event that seems to have gained interest from the public and media. The uniqueness of the event draws everyone from all around Malaysia and neighbouring countries. For the past 5 years, they have exhibited hot air balloon shows and other aviation sports to the public. Its concept was to create stronger bond between friends and family through all the activities offered by The Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta.

Second is the entertainment that they provided. There are not only the hot air balloon show, there are also some of the entertainment for children such as the bubble soap entertainment. But this bubble soap games not only attract the children, it’s also attract some of the young people, couple and family to play with it. Besides that, there’s also some of the contest for children such as colouring and drawing contest and paper airplane contest.
Thirs is the washroom they provide are many at the not same places, so didn’t scare about that there are no washroom for you when you are at the place. Because all the washroom are provided in all zone.
Weaknesses- One of the weaknesses that I had realize is the destination that the event held on is a very big space destination. There have a lot of activity so they classification the activity in not same places such as orange, purple, blue, red, yellow and green zone. Just because the space is too big, but they didn’t have the signboard to let people to go their destination that they want to

Such as some arrow sign or from every entrance that they can go into the event space, can have people to give the maps of the event to the attendees. It will make people easier to find the way. Another suggestion for the washroom can be clean up at a time such as 1 hour per 1 time. There’s many people going to washroom, so the washroom will dirty very fast. The dustbin in the washroom also can have more, such as 1 toilet 1 dustbin to throw the tissue, so that it would not make the toilet bowl stuck and the water can go smoothly. Besides that, the suggestion for the dustbin can be have plenty of dustbin. Nowadays, people like to throw trash on the floor when they can’t find the dustbin. We can provide more dustbin such as every zone can have 3-4 dustbin and put it at prominent place, so that people can see the dustbin easily and throw the rubbish into the
