I have to admit I watch a lot of criminal series and the trials on television and in real life are not the same. The setting and the behaviours of the participants was not the same. Often on television, lawyers tend to always scream objection and there is always dram during the trial, but in reality is not the case. Lawyers and prosecutors show respect to each other and during this trial I did not hear no one saying objection or showing some fort of aggressiveness. I really liked that they showed respect to each other and stayed professional all the time. The setting was just under my expectations. As said before, on television trial are just not the same as the one in the Palais de Justice. The court room was simple and so different from the ones that we are used to see on television. I was satisfied by the way the trial was conducted because everyone showed respect and I could easily understand the case. Anyone could enter to a trial and then leave expect if the case is private. For me it was surprising, the fact that the judge did not interfere, she just listened to everything that is it. And finally, as said before I did not know that the jury was not allowed to talk about the trial with anyone. When it comes to our justice system, I think that it is already great but the only thing that should be improved is the time before the trial. It is true that both parts need time for the preparation of the trial, but sometimes it takes so much before the trial starts. For example, a murder was committed in 2009 but the trial happened only in the beginning of 2011. Also, I think that the accused should be putted in a closed room during the trial, for the security of everyone. We never know what could pass by his mind. It is insane but at the same time understood. In brief, I think there are not a lot of things to change or improve for the process of administering
