Inside Out Reflection

The feelings represented in the movie Inside Out are important and related to the feelings on a person and how she could communicate and her reaction will be. Many different emotions and consequences are highlighted in the intrapersonal communication. The movie includes intrapersonal communication in many more features than just emotions this includes thinking since it is a form of beliefs and attitudes development that occurs inside us. “Inside Out” tells a story of five different emotions and how they all play a story as how they perceive and makes her act different when each take over. It is very obvious that “Inside Out” is a movie in which individuals act when they loose and what they gain when guided by feelings. This happens very often in all different ages of people but more on teenagers when they are going through changes that they can’t control. In all the situations the communication was very clear and Riley’s reaction on the body language was right on point. The communication was effective. I think this is what happens every day in this world and why we see so many teenagers so confuse and the changes that they make in years. In life we have to make sure we keep reminding us that emotions don’t just determine our thoughts and behaviors, we could make them be useful and important. Sometimes by not experiencing our feelings it my change the way we act or think and if we get week we out feelings the communication would close with family, friends and would keep everything inside and this could cause a full-blown Major Depressive Episode.
