A Beautiful Mind is a movie about a man surviving his adult life with Schizophrenia (Howard, 2001). At the start of the movie the main character John Nash begins to attend Princeton University within the math department. He is a lonely boy from West Virginia until he learns that he has a roommate, Charles. John and Charles become very good friends and Charles convinces him to push himself to achieve things when John wanted to give up. John soon begins to skip class because he claimed it was a waste of time. He wanted to come up with his own original idea so that he could be published just like the rest of his classmates. He soon finds a new way of economics in which everyone in the group would win, instead of letting every man fend for themselves.

There are aspects of this stage in a relationships that can last, but this stage itself will not. Passionate love also offers an increase of adrenaline in a person when around the one they are attracted to which then leads to passion. Companionate love follows passionate love in a relationship. Companionate love is when two people can be completely themselves around the other and doesn’t have to worry about impressing each other. This is one way that shows a deep affectionate attachment, because two people are bonded in such a way that they care deeply for each other and not just on the main level. In companionate love there is equity. Equity is where people share the effort they put into the relationship. When one needs more emotional support the other gives it and vice versa. The relationship is balanced and the same amount of effort is put in from both parties. Self disclosure is when people are open with one another and disclose themselves to the other person. This allows trust and dependance to build up,
