The ones who were enslaved suffered so much, people here in the USA complain about their boss being rude, strict, or moody but nothing close to as the ones who actually were forced to do something they didn’t like. This film makes me feel sad in seeing discrimination, I grew up in a family were we love everyone for who they are, not where they come from. I’m glad this time is not the same as back then, although certain people will say or start something rude in order to make others feel bad, and that is a “Heartless” freaking person. People love to judge without knowing the story behind that person. They don’t know what the African Americans did just to seek freedom something we have now! Today even the ones we think protect us are the ones we are the most afraid of and that is cops. They think because they hold a gun, every movement an African American does is life threatening. Blacks back them were stupidly imprisoned, no evidence, no nothing and it was something the whites did. What kind of people do that, they don’t see themselves in that position, is why they don’t care to ruin anybody’s. This is when the government should do more for African Americans now day, not saying give them a house but at least try give more for African Americans and show the whole world that discrimination is over and we all have equal rights.
