Even though she begged, she was in fact a very wealthy witch. The Dovre Witch had the ultimate power and if she wanted, she could strike fear into any peasant who failed to satisfy her needs. “There’s this little girl in a red hood who’s heading to her granny 's. I want to eat the both of them. I can’t seem to get into her house without being chased away by that huntsman. He’s always carrying a knife or a gun and I can’t compete with that! I haven 't had a decent meal in weeks and I think I’m beginning to lose weight. A skinny wolf isn’t intimidating at all.”
“Well I’ll not only make you bigger and stronger, but I’ll put the huntsman in a deep sleep for three days. That should give you enough time to eat the granny and the girl plus, get away before the huntsman wakes up.”
“And what do you want in return?” the wolf asks suspiciously.
“It’s a very small price really. All I need is one of your teeth. It doesn’t need to be your biggest or sharpest tooth. Any one will do.”
“Well….” the wolf thought. “Ok fine. But how are you going

Three Sovereigns for Sarah What I find interesting about this movie is the mere fact it did not touch on the European witch trials, which preceded the Salem witch trials in an attempt tried to minimize the atrocities committed during the witch hunts. To put it briefly, the British senate passed a law that made witchcraft punishable by death in 1542. After this law was revoked, another law in 1562 was enacted.…
