In the article “Hard Knocks” there are a lot of prime examples of why football is one of america’s most dangerous sports. Football today is very popular and very widespread as though it has been for decades but, along with its popularity, there are some consequences. Today, there are still fatalities, and broken bones. This game is loved by many but, it is too dangerous. Going out on the field knowing the consequences but not realizing them until it happens, it's the toughest part about the sport. People need to come up with new plays, new safety equipment or new rules because high school, college and NFL players die every year because of this problem.
