I believe that through this class I have become a better writer. Towards the beginning of the semester, I struggled with staying focused on a specific topic in a paper, but as the semester continued I found that became an issue for me less and less. I was an attentive student who kept organized and turned everything in on time. When I missed class, which was only when I was sick during the semester, I emailed you for what I missed in class and prepared properly for the next class. In essay 1, I did a close reading on the text “2 B R 0 2 B”. This was an enjoyable paper to write due to my extreme interest in the chosen text. My argument in my essay is that Kurt Vonnegut, the author, is showing how society can influence people beyond their awareness
